How far along: 13.5 weeks
Due date: September 3...whenever it decides to come
Current size: Almost 3 inches and weighs about an ounce
Stats: As of this week it now has fingerprints
Mom's status: Excited, starting to feel better = less nausea but I vomited both days this weekend, so that was a bummer.
Dad's status: ecstatic, is hoping for a boy so that he can buy toys!
We had our first doctor's appointment on the 23rd and we were able to see our little one in action, the first picture melts my heart, the second scares me because the baby was literally arching its back and using its feet to spring its lower body off of my uterus over and over again. We may have a very active little one.

ReplyDeleteCongrats! This is Christi Grove(Tate) Caleb's long lost cousin who we haven't seen in ages. We just had our little boy 6 weeks ago and the whole process is amazing!
